Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Hong Kong
IOP
We challenge addiction where it lives—in your world, not behind clinic walls isolated from the real world or in a 5 star rehab resort in Thailand.
Our team of licensed psychologists and addiction specialists provides personalised, evidence-based treatments that fits seamlessly around your professional life.
We work with you in your everyday world; with all its challenges and temptations.
HOW WE WORK
Recovery, Structured Around Continuity and Control.
Providing private psychological and addiction treatment in Central, Hong Kong for the legal and finance sectors. Every aspect of your care—from encrypted data handling to discreet billing—is designed to protect your privacy. You will never have to share a waiting room with other patients or be forced to share your problems with fellow addicts. We provide individual, discrete, private and strictly confidential consultations and treatment.
Our IOP model delivers long-term behavioural change through practical application in daily life. We also work with you on a totally individual and private manner; avoiding you having to interact with others.
A major benefit of Peak Health's approach is that you are able to work on your recovery 'in the real world'. You will learn positive coping strategies to aid recovery in your everyday world, not at a 5 star resort with fellow addiction sufferers who can be a disruptive influence on your road-to-recovery.
Many clients have co-morbities: insomnia, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, etc. Our psychologists can assist in your recovery by utilising a range of proven therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing and ACT to manage your mood, anxiety and addiction.
Treatment begins with a comprehensive psychological assessment which provides detailed data of the root causes and treatment options available to assist our clients back to recovery. The Executive Diagnostic Assessment includes detailed personal and family history, psychometric testing and development of an individualised treatment plan.
